We have increased the sizes of the cabins when compared to the SnOasis proposals. Previously, the lodges were around 60sqm whereas the lodges in Valley Ridge will be around 90sqm. At the same time we have reduced the density, allowing more open space around each lodge.

Whilst the exact number is still to be determined we propose around 450 to 500 cabins. There are different cabin types depending on location: one type of lodge is shown here:

In the village centre we will provide a new hotel containing approx. 450 rooms.

There will also be a variety of different cabin types depending on location - for example, cliffside cabins and floating cabins adjacent to the lakes.
