Mid Suffolk District Council object to Viridor ‘in the strongest possible terms’

Valley Ridge are really pleased to see that Mid Suffolk District Council is calling for the refusal of the Viridor application. We agree that the huge investment (jobs for £2,100 people and nearly £50m added to the local economy every year) from the new resort in the local economy is crucial.

We would like to thank Great Blakenham Parish Council for alerting us to the serious concerns they have about the anti-social behaviour and illegal access to the site.  This is something we take extremely seriously, as this is a potentially hazardous – as a former quarry with areas of deep water.
